A Health Network
With your consent, Frank will work with your primary physician and all other medical professionals in your network to ensure that he is on the same page with them. This is to make sure that your health and well-being is the top priority. He will coordinate with them to make sure that all of your medical needs are taken care of and that there is a shared understanding of your current and future care. Frank will review your medical history, medications, and any other pertinent information to get a better understanding of your health. This will help him to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible. He will also keep your primary physician and other medical professionals informed of any changes in your health so that everyone is working together to provide the best results. With your consent, Frank will work to make sure that all members of your medical care team are in agreement and that you are receiving the best care for your health.
